Matt Ruhlman, Travis Eilers, & Luke Ruhlman are the owners behind Ruhlman Eilers Construction. Their company was originally formed with a focus on window and door installation, basement, bathroom, and kitchen remodels. They invite any discussion about other projects you may have. They believe that building on a firm foundation of trust is fundamental and that’s why their clients refer them to friends and family.

Matt was born in Norfolk, NE and moved to Ogallala, NE at the age of nine. He’s the 8th child out of nine children in his family. Matt graduated high school in Ogallala in 1981 and attended the University of Nebraska, graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. Matt’s still an active member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity as an alumni overseeing the facility. Matt worked his way through college as a remodeler, as well as a member of the Army National Guard from 1983-1989. Matt married his wife Debbie in 1989 and they have two boys, Nic and Luke and 3 grand daughters, Olivia (Pheonix, AZ), Harper (Ashland, NE), and Eleanor (Lincoln, NE). Matt and his family are practicing Catholics and active with St. Mary’s church in Denton. Matt’s currently on the Parish Council as well as the Knights of Columbus.
Travis was born in North Platte and grew up in York, NE. He graduated in 1994 from York High and attended Wayne State College. Travis moved to Lincoln in 1996 and started his construction career with a small window company. He started with Pella Windows and Doors in 1999 as a lead installer and spent the last two years as a Retail Salesman. After 12 years with Pella, Travis made the decision to start his own company.
Travis married his wife, Kate, in 2006 and started a rental company, Twins Properties, in 2007. Travis and Kate live in the Lincoln area with their twin twelve year old daughters, Ella and Emma.
Luke was born in Lincoln, NE. He graduated in 2010 from Crete High School and attended Hastings College, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Minor in Construction Management.
Luke married his wife, Sydney in 2017, and together they have a one year old daughter, Harper.
